Privacy and data requests

Ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Guests can also remove their own reply from any Rally page, and organisers can delete a Rally themselves.

What to expect

During beta we aim to reply within 2 business days. Privacy and deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

Emails about a Rally come from updates@kinnio.com.au, which is send-only. Replies to that address are not monitored — use hello@kinnio.com.au instead.

During beta, every enquiry — support, privacy or security — is handled through our single shared inbox at hello@kinnio.com.au. Dedicated support, privacy and security addresses may be introduced before public launch; until then, this one reaches the whole team.
